We provide dispensers with hydroalcoholic solutions in all public areas of the hotel.

SOCIAL DISTANCE

Our team and clients must maintain the interpersonal distance of meters

MASKS

The use of the masks will be mandatory both indoors and outdoors and may be temporarily removed to consume food or beverages.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

All of our public areas are cleaned in accordance with applicable regulations. The toilets and elevators are cleaned regularly.

PAYMENT METHOD

We will request the use of a credit card for payments whenever possible.

TRAINING

Our employees have been trained in the new legally established procedures and know how to behave if a possible confirmed COVID19 case is detected

BEDROOM


CLEANING

All rooms are cleaned with special products after each stay to ensure complete disinfection.

DOCUMENTATION

We have removed the various paper information documents from the room, as well as all written publications.
