Betalning av bokningen:

Online booking is normally paid directly at the hotel. Unless clearly stated otherwise during the booking process, the credit card, when requested, serves to guarantee your reservation, no charge is made at the time of online booking. There may be payment fees in which case you will specify them at the time of booking and access a secure environment to make the payment.

Data privacy:
We take care of the privacy of your personal data that is not used if you indicate your wish to do so.

Security in your transaction:
When your card is debited at the time of online booking, payment is made via security protocol with the highest standards.


You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation.

Cancellation of reservation:
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so via the email you will receive from us. Please review the cancellation policy at the time of booking so that you can cancel free of charge. There are some fees and special offers subject to Advance Payment policies, or Non-refundable fees that do not allow cancellations.
